Dear Girls is a Black, emotional wellbeing organisation, that helps women 18-30 years old navigate emotions related to trauma, heal and thrive in their purpose. All of our content is created by devoted, Black women who are passionate about promoting personal growth and inspiring black women to be women of impact.

Our mission is to empower Black women and eliminate their mental barriers to success using a Learning Style theory-based approach.

We aim to ensure that black women have a positive and healthy self-perception and that they have the tools necessary to handle difficult life situations. We also aim to provide positive representation, promote Afro-centric beauty, re-write the narrative of negative stereotypes, and offer easily accessible, holistic services.
